  • Does the Point work with Android?
    Yes, the Point works with Android devices! Android Tips: - Most Androids scan from the center-backside of the phone. - NFG can be toggled on/off in settings so be sure your NFC is turned on. (This will be in settings next to Bluetooth and wifi. ) - On Android devices, NFC defaults to on. 4. Android devices phone may need to be unlocked to scan.
  • Where do you deliver?
    We ship Point products to the entire USA. International shipping is not currently available, but will be soon!
  • Does the Point work with iPhone?
    Yes! The Point works on iPhones iPhone Tips: - On an iPhone, the NFC reader is located in the very top center of the phone, right behind the front-facing camera. - The Point will scan from the frontside or backside of the phone but it is easier to scan fro, the back. - Tap-to-scan technology is automatically installed in iPhones starting with the iPhone XR and newer (2018)
  • Can I change my custom link after I receive it?
    Unfortunately, we cannot change your custom link after your receive your Point. We are releasing the Point mobile app soon that will allow you to change your link from anywhere. Check back soon to learn more!
  • How long until I receive my Point?
    Once you place your order, please allow 6-8 business days for us to process and deliver your order. (Shipping times may vary depending on your delivery location).
